Skin radiance
Skin complexion
using C.L.B.T. method
Skin complexion evaluation is based on a visual sensory analysis of six descriptors by three trained judges, according to a specific scale: Colors, Luminosity, Brightness and Transparency of the skin on the face (C.L.B.T. Method).
The interpretation of C.L.B.T. results is done from the significant variations of the descriptors taken separately:
- increase in the « pink » color: “looks healthier” effect
- decrease in the « yellow » color : “looks good” effect (less yellowish complexion)
- decrease in the « olive » color: “looks good” and “looks healthier” effect (less olive–greenish complexion)
- increase in the luminosity: the skin reflects the light in a slightly more intense way
- increase in the brightness: even-looking complexion in terms of texture and color
- increase in the transparency: the skin looks thinner
If all the parameters (or the vast majority) evolve in the expected direction (as described above), the efficacy of the tested products towards improvement of skin complexion radiance can be confirmed.
Measurement: whole face
Kinetics: T0 and T+X weeks
Conclusion:
- Skin complexion radiance
- Skin glow
